We have also assisted clients in establishing public sector procurement procedures, preparing building condition surveys and writing public sector funding applications for major building projects.

    Cygnet Wharf Student Accommodation

    The new student accommodation is a valuable addition to the main University Campus and provides a big contribution to the City by providing much needed on campus undergraduate accommodation for incoming students and freeing up inner city housing for residents. The scheme provides 442 cluster ensuite bedrooms for undergraduates, in three separate buildings, set out in 44 cluster flats of varying sizes, but primarily 10 and 12 bedrooms.

    Sarah Swift Building

    The University invested £19m to create the new Sarah Swift Building for the College of Social Sciences. This will provide a new home for the Schools of Health and Social Care and Psychology and the Professional Development Centre which provides ongoing training for medical professionals within Lincolnshire. The new building is named after Dame Sarah Swift GBE RRC, nurse and founder of the College of Nursing (now the Royal College of Nursing), born in Kirton Skeldyke, South Lincolnshire.

    Riseholme College Campus for Bishop Burton College
