Working in conjunction with Sandwell MBC’s in house quantity surveying, architectural and engineering departments we have provided cost consultancy advice for in excess of 15 years on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects including high rise decent homes works, leisure facility refurbishments, disability living centres, children’s homes and new build school blocks.

Projects of note include:
Perryfields High School – A new build education block constructed within the confines of the existing schools grounds to create new general teaching rooms, laboratories and informal breakout areas for students.
Smethwick Leisure Centre – The complete refurbishment of the swimming pool hall and changing rooms together with concrete repairs to the vaulted roof plus enhancements to the reception area and gymnasium.
High Rise Accommodation – Numerous refurbishment projects on high rise accommodation buildings including window replacements, fire precautionary works and refuge chute replacements
