Following the successful completion of Trademarq’s inaugural development in Thanet work has now commenced on site on their second development off Honeywood Parkway in Dover.

The completed scheme will consist of three Trade Counter Units and a Subway restaurant, as well as enabling infrastructure works for an adjoining Storage Warehouse and Leisure Complex. We have been appointed to provide Employers Agent, Cost Consultant and Principal Designer services on the development and look forward to successfully completing our second scheme with Trademarq.
