Dorset County Council Offices, Library and Adult Education Centre, Dorchester
The 2 hectare Charles Street site in the centre of Dorchester has received planning permission for the new West Dorset District Council Offices, together with a Library and Adult Education Centre for Dorset County Council.

Cheshire West and Chester Local Authority Headquarters
The award winning HQ development situated on one of the major approaches into the centre of historic Chester houses the newly formed Cheshire West and Chester Local Authority.

City of Lincoln Council
The City of Lincoln Council is one of the Lincoln office’s longest standing clients and we are proud that this relationship continues today. It is always rewarding for local employees to be involved with projects for the local community. Services have been provided on a variety of both new and refurbishment projects including housing, leisure, offices, workshops and a number of other civic/community buildings.

East Lindsey District Council
East Lindsey District Council have been a client for over twenty five years. During this time we have been involved with a wide variety of both new and refurbished projects. These have included housing, a theatre, cattle markets, parks and leisure facilities. Two of our most recent projects are the Meridian Leisure Centre, Louth and Bain Valley Park, Horncastle.

Working in conjunction with Sandwell MBC’s in house quantity surveying, architectural and engineering departments we have provided cost consultancy advice for in excess of 15 years on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects including high rise decent homes works, leisure facility refurbishments, disability living centres, children’s homes and new build school blocks.

South Holland District Council/Boston College Red Lion Quarter
The Red Lion Quarter is a unique mixed use development in the centre of Spalding. It was delivered in partnership between South Holland District Council and Boston College using the Scape East Midlands Contractor’s Framework. The vision was to create a focal point that celebrates the rich food heritage that the area offers using a previously derelict site to help regenerate this part of the town.
