A rural exception scheme of 8 dwellings by the Muir Group Housing Association, providing mixed tenure accommodation for local people within the rural hamlet of Little Leigh, Cheshire. The scheme was designed sympathetically to enhance the character of the Village and the surrounding rural aspect including features such as timber shingles to the canopy roofs, mature hedgerows and native planting to landscaped areas.

This award winning rural exception scheme was constructed in close consultation with the Parish Council to ensure that a strict allocations policy was implemented to provide first time homes for local people.
The dwellings feature air source heats pumps and whole house ventilation systems to comply with the Code for Sustainable of Homes Level 3 requirements.
