We have provided Employers Agent, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator services on numerous developments including: Focus Units in Norfolk, Shropshire, Nottinghamshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, Wickes Units in Exeter, Lowestoft and Thetford, Multi Occupancy Retail B&Q Unit in Burgess Hill, DFS Unit in Thanet. Two developments that stand out are:
Wickes Unit, Exeter - This 31,500sq ft retail warehousing unit with 5,500sq ft outdoor project centre and 16,000sq ft service yard was constructed within a former lorry park off the M5 motorway. The innovative wave designed roof and terracotta cladding were incorporated to enhance the facade of the building and to create a focal point for the development which is located at the gateway to the City.
Volvo Car Dealership, Chiswick - Flagship car dealership located off the A406 North Circular Road, close to the M4. This 15,000sq ft two storey showroom also incorporating a state of the art six bay servicing centre, valet suite and used car display bays. A strong architectural expression was developed to reflect their design aspirations and the use of large overhanging eaves, sustainable timber brie soliel, blonde timber and a white palate created the required Scandinavian message.
