We were appointed by Housing Plus following the successful completion of their previous Extra Care development at Cherry Tree Court to provide Employers Agent, Quantity Surveying, CDM Coordinator, Clerk of Works, HQI assessments and Whole Life Costing services for the entire scheme for the Pencric development.

The £12m Pencric development consists of the following beautifully designed and constructed accommodation for residents and the wider local community:-

The innovative procurement process proved to be a great success and we were able to deliver numerous client specific specification enhancements costing £570,000.00 whilst successfully managing £420,000.00 of savings via the open book process.
