The scheme was a partnership between Housing Plus and the Department of Health to provide supported living units within established residential areas of South Staffordshire. The units provide a vital service in enabling people with specific physical and mental disabilities to reside in residential style accommodation units rather than becoming long term hospital patients.
Other Health Projects
We were appointed as Employers Agent, Cost Consultant and CDM Coordinator to oversee the fast track delivery of this multi site development project. The supported living units were specifically designed to cater for individual residents' requirements and close consultation with the Department of Health and residents' families was critical to the success of the projects.
