The Hesketh Village redevelopment consists of a mixture of two and three bedroom apartments contained within five individually designed 'Arts and Crafts' inspired buildings. The buildings are named after RAF aircraft to reflect Stafford's rich military heritage.
The new buildings replace three Wimpey No Fines blocks of flats that were no longer fit for purpose and the source of anti-social behaviour. The regeneration was supported by £1.26 million of funding from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and £315k of funding from Stafford Borough Council.
The aim of the project was to breathe new life into the area while creating high quality, efficient and comfortable homes.
