This challenging regeneration project utilised the expertise of their partnering team members to overcome site difficulties such as industrial workings, contamination, the diversion of an existing culvert and the treatment of shallow mine workings.
The scheme was designed and constructed to meet the Homes and Communities Agency Design and Quality Standards, Secured by Design and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 requirements.
We were pleased to play an active role in public consultations in conjunction with Heantun Housing Association Limited and Wolverhampton City Council to help create an open space area suitable for the need of the local residents
