This contemporary house was constructed using the latest Off-Site Manufacturing solutions to ensure that the highest standards of quality and air tightness were achieved. The shell of the building consists of a Kingspan SIPS system which is integrated into a lightweight feature steel portal frame to create the vaulted feature ceiling to the open plan first floor entertaining area.
The house is extremely energy efficient and includes a Building Management System linked to integrated air source heat pump and whole house MVHR system. The large feature windows and sliding doors are also triple glazed and incorporate special solar reflective glass to minimise solar gain to the South facing facade.
