We were appointed as Client Representative, Quantity Surveyor, CDM Coordinator and Clerk of Works on this open book Partnering contract procured under the PPC2000 form of contract.
The Extra Care Unit achieved a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating through the use of modern methods of construction, rainwater harvesting tanks, mechanical heat recovery units and enhancements to the local ecology, including enhancements to Brownshore Lakes, the construction of storm water swale and installation of bat/bird boxes.
The family dwellings adjoining the Extra Care Unit were Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 compliant.
