This infill development within the established urban conurbation of Catshill, Bromsgrove was undertaken on behalf of Bromsgrove District Housing Trust and consists of 16 mixed tenure family dwellings on a former derelict garage site. The dwellings were constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 standards and provide a contemporary living space that compliments the local environment.

Due to the complex site assembly process which involved the alteration of numerous rights of way, the re-designation of rear gardens and the partial demolition and reconstruction of an existing privately owned dwelling the scheme involved detailed local consultation events to ensure a successful outcome to the planning application process.
