Located on an important arterial route into the town this £6.7m Gateway Redevelopment by Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) has helped transform the Rising Brook area of Stafford, providing a boost for local businesses as well as delivering 63 new homes to rent.

Old School Avenue & Queens Court, Oundle
Working in partnership with Kier Living we facilitated an introduction to Cross Keys Homes which resulted in the successful negotiation of the Section 106 affordable housing obligations on this joint venture development with Grace Homes. Located in the heart of the historic market town on Oundle this development consists of 86 dwellings and the construction of a new Public Open Space complete with pedestrian links to the town square.

Perryfields Road, Phase 2
Following the completion of Phase 1 in 2012, this second phase of development comprised the design and construction of 30 no. high quality, affordable residential accommodation, comprising a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom houses. This was in close consultation with BDHT, Worcestershire County Council and Bromsgrove District Council. The site was previously an open land of cropped fields, bounded by allotments.

Vicarage Close, Bromsgrove
This scheme comprised the design and construction of 11 no. new build affordable rented dwellings which were designed to meet Lifetime Homes to cater for residents with restricted mobility, a requirement which is fully supported by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

BDHT, New Road, Rubery
The project consisted of constructing 16 affordable residential dwellings together with all external works, car parks, drainage, sewers, paths and landscaping. Prior to this a two-storey former youth centre had to be demolished on the site (brownfield).

Brakeley Lane, Little Leigh
A rural exception scheme of 8 dwellings by the Muir Group Housing Association, providing mixed tenure accommodation for local people within the rural hamlet of Little Leigh, Cheshire. The scheme was designed sympathetically to enhance the character of the Village and the surrounding rural aspect including features such as timber shingles to the canopy roofs, mature hedgerows and native planting to landscaped areas.

Lowfield Lane, Gnosall
A Rural Exception site of thirty affordable general needs houses for Stafford and Rural Homes consisting of 22 No. 2 bedroom 4 person, 6 No. 3 bedroom 5 person houses, 1 No. 4 bedroom 6 person house and 1 No. 3 bedroom 5 person disabled bungalow which were designated as 'For Rent' and 'Shared Ownership' to people of the Gnosall parish or with a local connection. The site covers an area of approximately 1.1 hectares and comprised part of a field within the village of Gnosall, Staffordshire.

Forge Close, Catshill, Bromsgrove
This infill development within the established urban conurbation of Catshill, Bromsgrove was undertaken on behalf of Bromsgrove District Housing Trust and consists of 16 mixed tenure family dwellings on a former derelict garage site. The dwellings were constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 standards and provide a contemporary living space that compliments the local environment.

This rural exception site of 10 family dwellings constructed for the Muir Group Housing Association is located within the heart of the tranquil village of Bunbury, Cheshire with panoramic views over the village church and surrounding undulating countryside. Constructed utilising highly energy efficient construction techniques this Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 rating development also incorporates a whole house heat recovery system and a low cost electric storage heating system.
