Consisting of affordable housing units of mixed tenure including rent and shared ownership, within a wider private development, the project comprised of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom bungalows procured via a Section 106 Agreement for the provision of affordable housing under a planning gain.
